How can I cancel or change my order?
Changed your mind? No problem, if you wish to cancel/change your order just e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or reach out to us on Instagram at Nextnug_canada. Our manager will get back to you as promptly as possible.
My tracking number isn’t showing in the system, what do I do?
All order’s are shipped out as quickly as possible. Please allow 48 hours after you have placed your order for processing, once you have received a confirmation email stating your order has been shipped, it generally takes a couple hours for the tracking number to be updated in the system.
Can I return my order?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns at this time, as a company we cannot guarantee the product will arrive back to us the same way it was shipped out, due to the legality and chances of product tampering we will not accept returns, nor issue a refund. If for whatever reason you believe there is something wrong with your product, please send us a description plus photos and we can talk about a replacement.
Help! I never got my order!
We do not accept responsibility for any lost or undelivered mail as we cannot guarantee that packages will not get ceased by the courier company, we package them discreetly to the best of our abilities and vacuum seal everything for discretion and quality.

At this time we only accept E-transfers, we are working to add more payment options in the future.
Can I buy larger quantities?
YES! If you wish to customize your order to a quantity that isn’t listed on the website, contact us directly at email@example.com
I turn 19 next month, can I order now?
Absolutely not, we will never and have never sold to a minor and will never stretch this. We have a zero policy for this and will not make exceptions.
